Weight loss journey

I've been on a diet for a week now and have lost 2 kilos so far. I did a quick search in pinterest to see which app is more supportive of all and founded out about this wonderful app my fitness pal. It's so helpful in counting calories and finding supportive friends who have the same goals like mine. I hope I can reach my ideal weight and stick to my plan. Full of pep these days and really happy and thankful about it.
